Do you ship products outside the United States?
Currently, we only ship within the United States, although we are looking into shipping globally in the near future.

What type of payment method do you accept?
We accept Paypal and all major Credit Cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

Will I receive an email confirmation after placing my order?
Yes. Once you order is in our processing department, you will receive an email from us. It will include all items purchased, shipping and billing information. If there's anything you need to change on the order placed, please contact us immediately.

Will I receive a tracking number for my order?
Yes. All orders shipped are insured and includes a tracking number. We will send you an email with your tracking numer, where you can track your package online. You can also give us a call to get more information regarding your order.

Can I personalize an item before ordering?
It would depend on the item and what type of personalization you would like to make. Please contact us for more information.

How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders placed within business hours are processed within 24-48 hours. Depending on which shipping method you choose, please allow 2-6 days for your order to arrive. If you are not sure if your order will in time, please call us so we can work with you personally.

What is your return policy?
All the items we offer include a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with your purchased item, simply return it within 15 days for a refund. If you would like an exchange, please call us for more details.
