Returns & Exchange

We accept returns or exchange within 15 days of the receipt date. Purchased items must be in their unworn, original condition. Engraved and special order items are not returnable unless damaged or defective.

Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment, excluding shipping charges. If you are returning a defective item or if we made an error, we will refund the full cost of the item plus the original shipping charges. All refunds and exchanges will be checked by our Quality Assurance Team.

How do I return an item?

    1. Contact us by email, to receive your Return Authorization Number.
    2. Fill out the Return Form. If you don't have the Return Form, you can download it here.
    3. Pack the item in its original box and include the Return Form.
    4. Ship the package to the address below by your choice of carrier. Make sure the package is fully insured and has a signature confirmation.

    5. Send us an email with the tracking number so we can keep track of your return.
